• Max output is published as 128K without exact integer cap in inspected hosted docs; retain notation or mark exact output null.
• License is not MIT. Model-as-a-Service operators whose licensee-and-affiliate aggregate revenue exceeds USD10B over any consecutive 12 months must pass Z.ai security review before commercial use.
• Z.ai international API legal controller/service location is Singapore; headquarters country field refers to the China lab, not data residency.
